Roadmaps provide a strategy and / or analytic planning tool to guide the development of customer acquisition, growth and retention strategies and supporting analytic capabilities over time.

Our client sought to evaluate the potential economic value of centralizing their marketing database operations over a phased solution implementation schedule.  This included:

An assessment Inventories your current business state and provides insight into the gaps between financial objectives and supporting marketing strategy, analytic environment, reporting and measurement and marketing process and infrastructure.

Our client evaluated the gaps between current and future state capabilities based on extensive analysis of internal needs and established an ROI analysis around gap fill investments.
