The event is scheduled for December 11- 13, 2006 at Caribe Royale Orlando Resort & Convention Center in Orlando, FL.

Don's session focuses on "The Challenges of Compiled Files in Today’s Environment"

Eric's session focuses on "Database Marketing: To Outsource Or Keep In House?"

Session Description: The question of whether to outsource database marketing or keep it in house is more complicated than it appears. For most firms, the right answer is some of each. But what exactly should be outsourced? Technology? Analytics? Campaign design and management? In this session, Eric Schmitt will share his thoughts on the answers to these questions, and present a framework for charting the right outsourcing strategy. The session content will be informed by Eric’s years of experience working with hundreds of database marketing organizations at Forrester, as well as his more recent firsthand experience at The Allant Group, an analytically-oriented marketing services provider.
