Naperville, Illinois, USA – February 15, 2006 – Allant, a Marketing Optimization solution provider, announced today the addition of Peter Steinhauser as Senior Principal in Allant’s Professional Services Group.

Mr. Steinhauser has over twenty years of experience helping clients build profitable customer relationships by applying database marketing, brand strategy and direct marketing discipline.

Mr. Steinhauser is a former Member of Leo Burnett’s US Operating Board and CEO of its Direct & Interactive Marketing Unit. Under his leadership, top and bottom line growth of that business doubled as it provided sophisticated segmentation capabilities and branded multi-channel marketing programs for clients such as Walt Disney World, US Army, Bank One, and Hallmark.

His previous agency experience includes senior management positions with Rapp/Collins and McCann-Erickson and he has managed integrated communications programs for Starbucks, DirecTV and Michelin that combined direct marketing discipline with brand strategy to drive retail sales, build brands and increase customer value.

More recently, he has served as a planning and strategy consultant for private equity firms evaluating business opportunities in the marketing services sector.

Mr. Steinhauser’s strong data services knowledge is grounded in his experience as a Senior Business Consultant for Acxiom, a leading data technology services provider, and his strong direct marketing training was gained in the fundraising and non-profit sector in Washington, D.C. Mr. Steinhauser received his BA in English Literature from University of Richmond in Richmond, Virginia. He is a member of the Direct Marketing Educational Foundation.
