The report, The Forrester Wave™: Database Marketing Services Providers, Q1 2006, was published on Tuesday, January 10, 2006. Forrester began its evaluation process with a list of more than 100 companies that provided outsourced database marketing services and selected ten vendors to evaluate in depth based on current offerings, strategy and market presence. Within the “leaders” category, Allant was one of three database marketing service providers that are “in the zone” of innovators in this year’s report.
According to The Forrester Wave™: Database Marketing Services Providers Report, Q1 2006, it specifically states that, “The company's analytically driven philosophy and business-friendly delivery have earned it exceptional marks from clients: above or far-above industry average scores in each of the four areas we measured, including an industry-high satisfaction rating.” The four areas that were measured for client satisfaction include technical flexibility and responsiveness, execution and operations reliability, proactiveness around new marketing tactics and strategies and whether or not clients would recommend their provider to others. According to the Forrester Wave Report, “Allant clients also rate it far above the industry average in the area of operations and execution reliability.”
