Gaurav serves as the President and CEO of Allant Group overseeing the strategic growth and operational execution of the business in addition to being on the Board of Managers of Allant Group and its parent organization, Vencap Technologies, LLC. Gaurav brings over 26 years of management and technology experience in managing and overseeing successful delivery of Application Development and Data Analytical services to clients ranging from enterprise-level to mid-size organizations. Prior to joining Allant, Gaurav spent over 11 years at Project Leadership Associates (PLA), in various executive team and practice lead roles developing and overseeing customer relationships, strategic growth, and delivery oversight for multiple business units as well as, for a brief period of time, the sales and marketing operations in the company. In 1998, with another co-founder, Gaurav created and steadily grew a business intelligence/data warehousing firm to provide analytical and reporting services to enterprise-level organizations which was acquired by PLA in late 2005. Gaurav has also previously worked for Price Waterhouse and James Martin & Co. in multiple development and team lead roles. Gaurav holds a BS from University of Michigan as well as MBA from Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
Brian serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Allant Group and is responsible for defining the corporate strategy to generate demand for Allant Group’s data analytics, customer insights, and data aggregation solutions. His team is responsible for sales management, sales operations, channel development, solution development, corporate communications, analyst relations, and marketing. Brian is also a member of the Board of Managers of Allant Group, LLC. Prior to joining Allant Group, Brian held a series of executive positions during a 20+ year career at Microsoft Corporation. Brian began his career at Accenture. Brian holds a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA in Marketing from DePaul University.
Tim Finnigan is an accomplished marketing executive with nearly 25 years of experience building brands across digital, mobile, content strategy, email automation/CRM, product marketing, public relations and traditional marketing channels. He joins Allant Group from Dex Media, where he was integral in leading the strategy to transform Dex from a print media company to a digital media leader. Tim received a marketing degree in Business Administration from the University of Dayton and a MBA in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago. Tim is also an Adjunct Professor, teaching marketing and digital media, at Loyola University Chicago Quinlan School of Business.
Julie Schmidt joined Allant in 1998 and currently leads our Analytics, Insights and Strategy practice as well as our Interactive Analytics, Derived Data, Business Intelligence and Multi-Industry CRM Database Design and Development teams. Her focus is on building world class solutions that drive value through closed loop marketing optimization; from planning and targeting through execution and measurement. She works with Allant’s strategic accounts planning longitudinal multi-channel contact strategies with a test and learn approach to continual improvement. With over 20 years in driving value through predictive analytics and data intelligence, Julie’s primary focus is ensuring our solutions drive strategic value and generate maximum returns on our client’s marketing and advertising investments.
Tim leads Allant’s Client Operations group which supports the execution of client data processing projects within all industries for our clients. Throughout his career, Tim has developed and instituted creative solutions to support challenges presented by leading companies in the retail, financial services, insurance, and catalog industries. Tim has been at Allant for 20 of the 35 years he has served in the marketing services industry. He has a broad range of experiences with a concentration in Consumer / Business match and consolidation, address hygiene, postal discount, personalization, and process improvement.
Dan serves as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Allant Group. He will oversee the development and expansion of Allant's core Information Technology (IT) and data infrastructure platforms to support a flexible, scalable and cost competitive hybrid cloud strategy. Prior to joining Allant, Dan was CIO at Valence Health where he managed the design and development of the company’s core technology platforms and was responsible for enriching its enterprise architecture and technology vision. Prior to joining Valence Health, he was President and Chief Architect for a consulting services provider of data integration and business intelligence solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Business from the University of Notre Dame.
