The best way to approach this is through a mathematical approach to accurately predict customer value over time to maximize profit across each stage of the customer lifecycle.
This talk will review best practices in data collection, provide an overview of alternative statistical approaches and describe how to select the best approach for varied business models. It will also walk through a comparison of different model approach results using customer data.
