Gaurav serves as the President and CEO of Allant Group overseeing the strategic growth and operational execution of the business in addition to being on the Board of Managers of Allant Group and its parent organization, VntCap Technologies, LLC. Gaurav brings over 26 years of management and technology experience in managing and overseeing successful delivery of Application Development and Data Analytical services to clients ranging from enterprise-level to mid-size organizations.
Prior to joining Allant, Gaurav spent over 11 years at Project Leadership Associates (PLA), in various executive team and practice lead roles developing and overseeing customer relationships, strategic growth, and delivery oversight for multiple business units as well as, for a brief period of time, the sales and marketing operations in the company. In 1998, with another co-founder, Gaurav created and steadily grew a business intelligence/data warehousing firm to provide analytical and reporting services to enterprise-level organizations which was acquired by PLA in late 2005. Gaurav has also previously worked for Price Waterhouse and James Martin & Co. in multiple development and team lead roles.
Gaurav holds a BS from University of Michigan as well as MBA from Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
Marty serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales for Allant Group and is responsible for overseeing the company’s next phase of revenue growth. Most recently, he was SVP Sales and Business Development for Alterian, a campaign management and customer insights vendor, where he ran worldwide sales and customer success.
Marty has 20+ years of successful sales, business development and operations leadership experience at Teradata and several early-stage businesses in such technology markets as marketing, adtech, customer relationship management, analytics, big data, and managed/hosted services. He is known for his ability to attract, retain and lead top-performing teams focused on delivering customer value and exceeding revenue targets.
Marty holds a BSBA from the University of Arizona and a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Ashridge Business School, UK.
It’s all about the data to Mary Kay. When she’s not attending the Hip Hop concerts her youngest son produces, this proud Navy Mom (of her oldest son) volunteers with the USO of Illinois.
Mary Kay is a successful product leader with 20+ years of experience in online and offline data product development, integration and analytics for both business & consumer data products across all verticals. While leading Allant’s Sales Engagement team, Mary Kay works with clients to prioritize value features and implement operational plans. She has the proven ability to identify client data needs and provide competitive analysis.
Mary Kay is an executive leader who brings unparalleled experience to help clients strategically utilize data sourcing for a holistic view to optimize personalization and to drive stronger campaign results. Prior to returning to Allant in 2016, Mary Kay held leadership positions with Cogensia, a CAC Group Company, and at LSSiData. She studied Business Technology at Ohio University and Eastern Montana College.
Jerry is an analytics superman. Seriously, the awards prove it. His cross-functional leadership has earned the Association of National Advertiser International ECHO Award; SiriusDecisions / Forrester Best Reputation Measurement Award, PR NEWS Award; US Effie and Germany Effie for Advertising Effectiveness, and the best use of social measurement award from the International Association for the Measurement and Evaluation of Communication.
From statistical modeling and predictive analytics to customer journeys and digital transformation, Jerry can take the numbers and run circles around everybody else. With a BS and MS in Mathematical Sciences/Statistics from Virginia Commonwealth University, Jerry hasn't met a complex marketing problem he can’t solve.
Jerry also shares his enthusiasm and knowledge of marketing analytics and digital transformation through blogs and speaking engagements with organizations such as the Association of National Advertisers, PR News’ Measurement Boot Camp, Sprinklr Customer Summit, and more.
Jerry has delivered the goods for companies like SAP, Cisco and J. Walter Thompson. In his spare time, Jerry serves on the board of trustees for Marketing EDGE, helping to create our next generation of data-driven talent; and, he is an academy member of the Marketing Hall of Fame Academy.
When he’s not making sense of big data, Jerry likes to run with his Boxer, Max, and enjoys all the cultural and culinary benefits of his hometown, New York City.
Tim leads Allant’s Client Operations group which supports the execution of client data processing projects within all industries for our clients. Throughout his career, Tim has developed and instituted creative solutions to support challenges presented by leading companies in the retail, financial services, insurance, and catalog industries.
Tim has been at Allant for 20 of the 35 years he has served in the marketing services industry. He has a broad range of experiences with a concentration in Consumer / business match and consolidation, address hygiene, postal discount, personalization, and process improvement.
Jill is Allant Group’s Vice President of Marketing, bringing over 25 years of Marketing Communications experience from companies such as Staples, Harrah’s Entertainment, and Warner Bros. There’s no marketing idea that Jill can’t bring to life. In her previous roles, she has created board games from scratch, worked on a team that built a 15’ x 10’ x 3’ cake, moved Elvis’ gold Cadillac El Dorado onto a casino gaming floor, brought the Flying Elvi in for a landing, and so much more. With a goal and a budget, she finds a way to deliver the goods.
Jill earned her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from the University of St. Francis. When not translating the language of the data world, she’s attending concerts and supporting her son’s musical aspirations.
As Chief Information Officer at Allant Group, Matt is a seasoned marketing technology executive with 29 years of industry experience. Matt’s rich background leverages a deep understanding of all aspects of the business from operations and development to technical architecture and product development to leadership and resource management.
In his 18 years with Allant Group, Matt has capitalized on these varied experiences in leading Allant’s commitment to provide a stable, flexible and scalable platform that allows Allant Group to focus on our client’s core business needs and to maximize the return on their marketing spend.
Matt is a Cornell College graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Economics & Business and Art.
Paul has more than 30 years of marketing technology, management consulting and information systems experience within retail, healthcare, associations, non-profits, insurance, government, and manufacturing industries.
He has deep experience in implementing Multi-Channel Marketing and Interactive Marketing solutions using the full breadth of IBM Enterprise Marketing Management (EMM) solutions. He has conducted strategic business and information technology assessments, led full scale business process improvement projects, successfully managed mission critical development projects, provided business modeling and methodology training, and has participated in all facets of the system development life cycle.
Paul holds a BSA in Computer Science, Operations Management from Northern Illinois University.
