Paul has more than 30 years of marketing technology, management consulting and information systems experience within retail, healthcare, associations, non-profits, insurance, government, and manufacturing industries. 

He has deep experience in implementing Multichannel Marketing and Interactive Marketing solutions using the full breadth of IBM Enterprise Marketing Management (EMM) solutions. He has conducted strategic business and information technology assessments, led full-scale business process improvement projects, successfully managed mission-critical development projects, provided business modeling and methodology training, and has participated in all facets of the system development life cycle. 

Paul holds a BSA in Computer Science, Operations Management from Northern Illinois University.
